Drop shipping is an example of a supply chain management, in which you - the retailer - are not responsible for stocking any inventory or storing and shipping merchandise to your customers. How can I become a Dealer of selling Cathy's Concepts Products?

Simply fill out our Informational Form and someone from our Customer Service Staff will contact you within 24 hours. Be sure to fill out the form completely, including your phone number and e-mail address, to ensure a quick response.

What all do I need to qualify?

While we provide you with everything you need to run your business, all we need from you is your Tax ID.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The only cost is a $3.00 drop ship fee, which will be charged to each order shipped. There are no monthly or annual fees.

Am I able to Sell Your Products on auction sites, such as Ebay?

No. We are a wholesaler who profits in selling to Retail Stores and E-Commerce Businesses. We do not provide a market for overly discounted merchants or individuals.

How can I find a specific product on the Web site that I saw in your product catalog?

To find a specific product, please use our Product Quick Search feature that may be found in the upper left hand side of any page. Type in the specific item number exactly as it appears in the catalog (for example: 2005) or feel free to search by product type (for example: bridesmaids) and hit the 'Go' button to submit your search.

Am I able to create my own Pricing?

Yes. While we provide a suggested retail price, you are able to run your own sales and promotions without endorsing excessive discounts, such as those seen on auction sites.

How long does it take to Process an order?

Once we receive the order from you, each order usually ships within 2-3 business days.

Do you Drop ship outside the US?

We provide limited international drop shipping to Canada, VI and PR.

What is your policy on Returns and Replacements?

Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our products are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any personalized merchandise. All sales on these items are final. Non personalized merchandise will be allotted 30 days for returns.

Should your customer receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 969-7417 or email us at info@cathysexpress.com with your invoice number. We will immediately send out a replacement package at No Additional Charge to you. Please note all claims must be made within 2 business days of receipt shipment.
